Article 2: How 10 Minutes Of Meditation A Day Changed My Life

Here is my second article read. It is about meditation.

I do not know if meditation is something I am capable of. I know some of you do this regularly and it helps you get through your day, week, etc. It is supposed to help you clear your mind, relax your body, and help you focus on the present.

Maybe my mind isn’t wired that way. Maybe I haven’t been introduced to it enough to understand it.

I would be interested to see what it truly is like if I really leanred how to get into that mindset. How would I feel?

I am very much in the moment in the now, thinker. I do not worry about tomorrow, the weekend, much less the next hour.
