First day back to the gym in about a month and a half. First attempt at the #HLC at Athletic Lab. Also, first time logging my food intake, which will be interesting. Below are my steps for the day. I walked to the gym and back. So that helped knock out some.
Next, is my work out at AL today. Took on the Endurance class.
Lastly, my food log. Uhg. Started out, fairly decent, then it went downhill. Had my Fantasy Football Draft tonight at a brewery and they had a BBQ food truck. So, that kind of hurt. I tried to log as close as I could.
Overall, I feel like it was a good start. Need to figure out food options for lunch and dinner tomorrow. Obviously, no beer.
