5. Support for Apple Pencil

Before starting to use the Apple Pencil with TouchRetouch, please make sure the Pen Pressure option is turned on in Objects (Clone Stamp).

With this option, you can control the brush size in Objects and the opacity parameter in Clone Stamp based on the pressure of the pencil.

The harder the pressure on the screen in Objects, the wider the stroke.

The harder the pressure on the screen in Clone Stamp (or Restore/Reply Brush), the more opaque the stroke.

Double-tap near the tip of your Apple Pencil to quickly switch back to Eraser (or Restore Brush) or the tool you used last.

By holding your finger on a selection, drag the magnifying glass with any other of your fingers to any location you want. You can turn off the Show Zoom Tool option in the app’s settings menu.

In TouchRetouch 4, there were two separate toolsets for removing tiny (Quick Repair–automatic retouching)and bigger objects (Object Removal–manual retouching) from images. TouchRetouch 5 now offers the universal Objects tool you can use in two modes — Automatic and Manual.
