Socialgames, the Ultimate Social Platform to Have Fun & Play &Earn
As revolutionary trends in gaming and technology take hold, we aim to bring together these trends into one all-encompassing platform. In the nearly 50-year history of video games, we have seen humble beginnings grow into an easy-to-access, complex world of online social interaction and incredible graphics. The next stage in this journey is the metaverse — an undeniable force of nature in today’s rapidly changing world. In conjunction, the NFT craze may have started out as something that was misunderstood, but creative minds have proved that as the metaverse develops, NFTs will be an integral part of this digital world as personal, unique property limited only by the limits of the imagination.
Bringing these concepts together, we are building a multi-world cross-game platform in which you will be able to socialize and have fun playing games with your friends, while at the same time being economically rewarded for it.
How the Platform Works
As a web-based multiplayer gaming platform, Socialgames players will be able to video chat and communicate in real-time during gameplay, while accessing various Themed Worlds, Characters and Games, joining Tribes and making new friends in the community. Incorporating artistic and technical architecture, these worlds will be the basis for customized games and characters with themes such as cyber technology, magic, driving, fantasy, and more!
Our characters, called “heroes” (NFT), will all have unique features and abilities based on the worlds they inhabit. You will be able to obtain these heroes in many ways including participating in special events, promotions, purchasing them in the marketplace, or perhaps the most fun method — assembling them by playing and finding the parts needed to complete a hero. Heroes differ in rarity and, as you jump across multiple games with them, their rarity will make you stand out amongst your friends.
The Games on our platform have been designed for two main purposes — for you to have FUN and EARN! These games will include single player as well as multiplayer modes, each of which will deliver unique experiences. As you unlock themed worlds, they will bring to you a set of games with each game delivering the ability to unlock rewards and unique items that will aid you in your quests. Some examples of games that will be released in our first launch in our first themed world, Cybercity, are Tank Battle Arena, District Raids, and Paintball Arena!
The final social aspect of the platform — bringing it ALL together — will be Tribes. You will be able to create your own groups and invite other players to join your tribe, each with its own private space incorporating group challenges, member rankings, and video chat capabilities. There will be no limit to how many tribes you wish to be a member of, with more features coming as our platform develops.
Play-to-Earn
Our Play-to-Earn model is a justification of our strong belief in Web 3.0 and decentralized player ownership. We believe that giving the power to the player is what creates the most rich and engaging experience with little to stand in the way of what can be imagined. From the moment you create a new account, you will start to unlock your first world, start collecting rewards, face your first challenges, and already begin to manage a variety of valuable resources that lets you perform different actions across the platform.
Rewards are a key component at Socialgames in order to let you know that having fun in the virtual world can reap real-world benefits. We believe in sharing the wealth in a future world that is only as valuable as the parts that make it — and that key part is you. These rewards will usually be found in the form of crypto tokens called SOGA tokens. You will be able to use these tokens as platform currency, exchange them for other cryptocurrency, or eventually cash using an exchange. Some of the different reward mechanisms will include session rewards, gameplay rewards, NFT upgrade rewards, referral rewards, and token staking.
SOGA is a cryptographic blockchain token compatible with the ERC20 standard as a part of the Ethereum platform. We will take advantage of the lower cost and faster “Layer 2” blockchain solutions to reduce cost and increase the speed of transactions. Initially, the deployment of SOGA will be on the Polygon network. SOGA tokens will have a multitude of uses in the Socialgames platform such as the purchase of items from the in-game shop — items such as new heroes, special gear and items, amulets, and much more! It will also be used to enter special events, trade NFTs in the marketplace, and purchase surprise treasure chests.
Given that SOGA is a blockchain token, it will be able to be withdrawn from Socialgames and stored in any ERC20 compatible wallet as well as traded for other tokens at crypto exchanges or staked at liquidity pools to earn rewards. Everything is intertwined and has a purpose at Socialgames. The more SOGA you earn, the better your team of heroes will be as you upgrade gear, acquire special items, and increase your chances of being more successful in battles and quests. Success brings more success! As you achieve more, you will earn bigger rewards in turn. We want to reward you for striving to reach the top of what is possible. Gamers, Builders, and Liquidity Providers alike will take advantage of SOGA. The continuous cycle of earning and spending creates an economy within the platform that makes SOGA equally valuable to hold for both avid and casual gamers alike. With many tasks to be undertaken, builders who master the art of crafting new weapons and tools, repairing items and armor, and specialize in various jobs within worlds, will all attain SOGA in return for their efforts. One of the central components of Socialgames will be the integration and use of Non-Fungible Tokens. As a blockchain-based unique digital asset, NFTs can be stored in digital wallets and the sole owner of it can transfer to others at the click of a button. It’s the perfect way to collect and own unique digital creations. NFT characters and items will acquire experience and skills that are intrinsic and permanent to that NFT, and as it travels across the platform from game to game and world to world, those characteristics will stay with them permanently. As your NFTs increase their level of characteristics, so will their power and thus increase in their value.
Options to purchase NFT heroes will be available as well as the option to collect and assemble the parts needed to complete a hero, allowing it to be fully minted as an NFT. For those who chose to stake SOGA tokens, you will also be able to use NFTs to boost your staking yield to amplify your earnings. Holding NFTs will also come with a slew of other benefits such as discounts and access to special events. In our Marketplace, you will be able to trade amongst other players, sell items in return for SOGA tokens, or make new purchases within the platform.

Our Roadmap
As of this publication, we are in the late stages of our various developments. As we engage the community through our social media campaigns, we will then mint limited edition NFT characters and release community incentives and airdrops. Following that, we will launch our SOGA token which will be soon followed by the alpha platform private launch of our first world and 3 games. Soon after our alpha launch, we will launch our beta platform which will include our second world and 10 games among other features. Directly after our beta launch, we will release the second-hand marketplace with more NFT artifacts and 1 additional game. A new world will be released along with new NFTs ,followed by the release of co-op tournaments in Q3, and finally Esports live tournaments in Q4. Every month will offer more intense and exciting updates to the Socialgames platform!
