Development update (10.07.2018)

The development team has made steady progress in recent weeks. Along with the help of the community (beta subscribers), we have been able to work on new features and detect/solve issues of the latest SocialX test versions. Today we would like to give you a brief update regarding two major elements of the SocialX ecosystem: Data Decentralization and Blockchain Solution.

The blockchain solution and data decentralization form the backbone of SocialX. After successful research in recent weeks regarding Blockchain and a decentralised data infrastructure, we will now start implementing both elements into the SocialX ecosystem.

These elements are critical for the ecosystem and it will take time to implement them properly, therefore we will not release a new version of the SocialX DApp in the next 1–2 months. This timeline is subject to change. You can review the progress in our interactive roadmap (click here), which is updated regularly.

We are excited and looking forward to releasing the next Beta version to you, which will include the integration of Blockchain and Data Decentralization. This will prove to to be a major milestone in our goal to take social media to the next level…so stay tuned!
