February Recap
Dear Community,
As you might have noticed we pushed out several new version of our SocialX-App during the last month. Just now we have released a major update. It includes further performance improvements and fixes the bug, which caused the app to crash when trying to login or registering a new account. Furthermore, it fixes several smaller issues you forwarded to us via GitHub. A big Thanks, to everyone who created an issue on GitHub in order to help us fulfilling our vision of a decentralised social network.
Unfortunately, we also had to do deal with major security issues caused by a vulnerability in gun.js. We were able to close those vulnerabilities but for security reasons all of our users need to re-create their profiles. Before downloading the newest version via the playstore it is advisable to completely delete the app in order to ensure a smooth transition to the new version.
We would like to apologize for this inconvenience but hope that the improved user-experience makes up for it. Here are some of the most important changes the new update includes.

TokenomX Event in Bangkok
From the 27–28th February a part of our team attended to the TokenomX Event in Bangkok. It was good opportunity for networking with other Blockchain-projects, investors and many other interesting people who share the same vision of a decentralised future.
Outlook for March
For March we our aim is to have a fully functional and stable app after fixing the vulnerability that was discovered. We will also be fully extending the p2p connections on the backend and introduce them to the app.
