SocialX Update (22.10.2018)

Dear community,

In our September Recap we said the following: “If there are no unforeseen delays, the VIP testing circle will be able to install the new SocialX ecosystem in October” .

We strive to achieve our target on time, but unfortunately we ran into unforeseen delays with our new decentralised database architecture. We will need some additional time for extra R&D and coding. Thus, we need to delay the Beta rollout to our VIP testers (and afterwards also the public) by some weeks.

The team continues to make positive progress on all aspects. As written in the September Recap, the team is already testing the decentralised mobile application. While testing, the team has discovered a few problems that could harm an easy on-boarding of new users, so we want to resolve this first.

We are also pleased to announce that our database nodes are working very well and have been stable for 3+ weeks in our testing environment. There will be a detailed instruction on how to run these nodes in the coming weeks.
