Good article to share in a discussion with people that think UX is only design and UI. I’m looking forward to see more about psychology, human behaviour and UX. For instance: how waze explores IKEA cognitive bias really well and it’s an essential part of their UX and business model. Or, how gamification (white hat, black hat) is so connected with psychology + UX.
