My Dream Countries To Visit
Everybody has a list of destinations they’d love to see. These are mine.
India
India has been a dream country for me since I was a child. I’m not sure why. I’ve always felt something drawing me to it — the cultures, the colours, the food, the purity. When I imagine myself visiting it, stepping off that plane into the New Delhi airport, leaving the airport and seeing, smelling, hearing the sounds of Delhi for the first time, I find myself so overwhelmed with emotion, I want to cry.
I want to see it all — Delhi, Agra for the Taj Mahal of course, Jairpur, beautiful Rishikesh, Goa, Jaisalmer, Chennai, Hyderabad… Ideally, I’d have like four to six months to explore all of India. Everyone I know who has been thought it was amazing. I can’t wait to feel the same.
Greenland
I’ve always wanted to go somewhere really northern for a bit, to see what it’s like. I mean, I’ve been to Iceland, and that was extraordinary, but I think Greenland would be a really unique visit. I’d like to see the Northern Lights in full colour, to see the little colourful houses, see the fjords, do some crazy hiking up Quassussuaq Mountain.
