Microsoft and Xiaomi partnership to bring Office environment and Skype
Microsoft and Xiaomi expanding their global partnership further will present an innovative user expertise for Xiaomi mobile users. This new agreement will create on their earlier partnership withcheap office home and business 2010 on Mi Pad and Microsoft Azure powering the Mi Cloud service.
And now furthering their partnership, Microsoft Corp. and Xiaomi Inc. will ship Microsoft Business office and Skype on Xiaomi Android Smartphones and Tablets. So tens of millions of consumers and business customers in India, China and around the world will have new ways to collaborate, work and communicate. Apart from this, the partnership also includes a cross-license and patent transfer agreement. Its reported that Xiaomi has agreed to buy many patents from cheap windows 7 ultimate . Specifics about the patents will not be yet available.
Xiaomi Android devices including Mi5, Mi Max, Mi 4s, Redmi Note 3, Redmi 3 will come pre-installed with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Skype apps. Offerings may possibly vary depending upon device, market and mobile operator. These devices will get pre-installed starting September 2016.
