Thanks for writing this. I couldn’t agree more though I’m guilty of doing the exact opposite currently. Seeing now I run SonyRumors and so much news happens in Europe/Asia, the minute I’m up, I’m scrolling through Twitter to see what I missed and checking email to see if any clients need me. However like you said, this can immediately ensure that you kick off the day on the wrong foot.
