The first wave of Land sales is upon us, and we have your questions answered!
A parcel of Land represents digital real estate in the Solice metaverse that players can purchase to host content. Each Land is a unique (non-fungible) token lying on the Solana blockchain. For our first Land sale, we are starting off with Amoris — one of the 5 islands on Solice.
• Land sizes: 1x1, 3x3, 6x6, 9x9, and 12x12.
• Land Measurements: 16x16 meters per 1x1 land parcel — 1x1 is big enough to host the Genesis NFT buildings.
Players can place any NFT on their land parcel and explore it in virtual reality (VR). Every piece of Land comes with a set of prebuilt terrains, but it can be transformed and modified by the user who owns it (or other users they invite to work on it).
Owning a piece of Land is a surefire way for players to start building experiences in the Solice metaverse. The Land will belong to the player forever unless it is sold or given away.
Land Utility
Land is the centerpiece of the Solice metaverse. It is a place where Solicians can live, build, play, learn, grow, and entertain. Landowners can look forward to:
Create a Venue of your Design — The sky is your limit! Push the boundaries of your creativity as you can customize and bring to life a space to play in, set up a business, or just host friends for social experiences.
Earn Rewards — Owning Lands allows you to monetize your metaverse experiences in various ways. You can choose to stake your SLC tokens on your Land to earn rewards in the form of more tokens or rare materials. These materials can be used to create rare assets or enhance an existing one. You can also choose to sell your Land or rare materials at a profit.
Host Games and Events — Buying Land allows you to build a world that you fully own and control. Players can look forward to owning their very own art gallery or club or choose to create their own gaming arena.

The first wave of Solice Land sales will be available on our very own Solice Marketplace.

All unsold Lands will be added to the public.

To show appreciation to our Solicians, all Genesis Avatar Holders will not only receive a guaranteed whitelist (WL) chance to acquire a 1x1 or 3x3 land parcel but also enjoy an additional 10% discount on the price. There are more benefits to be revealed, so hold on tight to those Avatars.
Take note that all Holders are limited to one Land per wallet during the pre-sale.
Auction
If you want to purchase our 6x6 (L) and 9x9 (XL) Land parcels, you will need to participate in our Solice Marketplace Auction.
• 6x6 Land starts at 4000 SLC
• 9x9 Land starts at 8000 SLC
• 3 * 6x6 Land and 1 * 9x9 Land will be up for auction every 24h
Supply and Distribution
A total of 60,000 Land will be available, enclosed in a map that will form the Solice metaverse. This number is finite and will not change.
• The Land purchased will be random and coordinates will be available in the name.
• There will be an interactive map on our website that Landowners can use to locate their land parcels.
• 12x12 Lands are reserved for partnerships as they will be delivering in-game content for the users and contributing to the Solice ecosystem in general.

As Land is a finite commodity, the price is dynamic. Over time, as Land becomes scarcer, there will be more fluctuations in price, so you get a better deal when you purchase in the first wave.
Participating in the first wave also allows you to become a pioneer in the Solice metaverse. Landowners will get the opportunity to be the very first players to create memorable experiences on a new platform and thoroughly explore what a metaverse has to offer.
Being a first-mover will allow you to make defining moments and be the first to enjoy the advantages of owning Land, such as our Land staking rewards as well as being to host and monetize the content of your choice.
What can Solicans Expect Moving Forwards?
• Users can expect to be able to combine Lands together to form CITIES. In the future, CITIES will have the potential to be owned by multiple users to form DISTRICTS.
• Solice will have its own Editor for users to create their own assets to be placed on their Land, or to be sold on the marketplace as NFTs.
• Our closed Beta Launch where a lucky few can be one of the first to experience the Solice Metaverse.
