This is me, so hard. For some reason, my trigger is food — I beat myself up when I spend $10 on lunch because I was too tired to pack one, and freak out about the idea of going out to a nice dinner with friends if I haven’t planned for it, but I’ll buy a plane ticket or a pair of shoes without really thinking about it. Why do our brains work this way??
