-Behind the Bar will be co-hosted by two O’kelly’s Sports bar workers. Many people go out TO the bar… but few will work FOR the bar. We want to share what it’s like working in a bar environment for people that are curious what it’s like.

-The intended audience is for college-aged kids. Not necessarily Central Michigan kids either, but they could be more likely to listen because they are familiar with the bar.

-To keep our audience engaged, we will post episodes on consecutive days. We will also be interactive on social media, allowing for fans to submit stories of their own or ask specific questions.
