AUGUST 9 UPDATE
The schedule outlined below has changed following a drastic spike in Ethereum gas prices and a subsequent…misunderstanding with AirdropX and MLG over who should be responsible for the unforeseen cost. In the end, SOMA had zero leverage, having paid upfront, and are therefore finishing the airdrop at our own expense.
SOMA will distribute the remaining tokens in a single disbursement to minimize administrative burden. Each recipient will get a quantity determined by the number of remaining tokens divided by the number of persons registered. We appreciate the understanding of our community regarding this deviation from the original plan.
Original plan
100,000 SCT will be released in 3 waves of 33,333 SCT each.
Each wave will give an equal amount of SCT to all registered participants. For example — and keeping the math easy here — if 3,333 participants had registered by the time the first round was distributed, each would receive 10 SCT. If the number of participants doubled by the second round, each would get 5 SCT and first-round participants would now have 15 SCT total. And so forth.
The distribution dates will be June 29, July 6, and July 13, 2018.
