Sorry, but I haven’t used one to recommend. My last big project (when the photo was taken) was using iTunes Match to upgrade 13 year-old 160kbps MP3 rips and manually re-ripping from the original CD those tracks that Match missed.

Good luck! It’s definitely a tedious task, especially doing it in bulk.
