My partner is also very supportive so I know exactly what you mean.
And I also have the same problem. My advice (that I need to take as well, so this doesn’t come from experience but more from what I should be doing) is try to have your goals very well structured. If you have that it’ll probably be easier to know which steps to take to achieve them. Which will then help figure out which of the million things you need to do are more important to go in the right direction.
