no. Blockchains, or some of them are “slow” by design. You can’t make bitcoin “faster” by adding more computing power. The blockchain aims to create a new block every 10 minutes. If you add more computing power, the chain makes it harder to mine a new block. If computing power leaves the network, the difficulty adjusts accordingly. The other aspect of the “speed” is the size of a block, ie how many transactions can fit in a block. That is also something that has been agreed to be a certain size.
