Ivan makes big repair of electric engines of the trams. He works alone. Every month he has one new tram to repair. Every tram has 4 engines.

Ivan works for 8 hours a day from Monday till Friday. His salary depends on the number of the repaired engines. Thus, Ivan tries to overtake that number of broken engines, so that he could make his living.

Ivan likes, when he has a lot of work, therefore he is willing to have as much engines broken as possible. Ivan enjoys his work. It’s his life. And his mood goes bad, when engines don’t get broken. It really makes him sad.

Ivan thinks that his work can’t be done by robots, especially in Ukraine, for we have a very low budget on this sphere. He adds, that they use the tools, left after Soviet Union epoch.

Ivan says, that education is senseless without practice. He advices young people to engage in spiritual life and go less to pubs.
