Sonata.ai will freeze all development

An official announcement of Sonata.ai’s hiatus

We believe that our product is great, and we believe that there is a place for our exchange on the crypto market. But now is not the right time. That is why the investor of Sonata.ai has decided to freeze the project for an unspecified amount of time. This hiatus can take months, maybe even years. Obviously, this is not what we have promised in our timeline and that is why we have decided to act.

Current market is not welcoming for new cryptocurrency exchanges. From our perspective, prices of marketing and PR agencies got stuck in year 2017, when ICOs had their best times. But unlike back in 2017, marketing does not deliver results anymore. Conventional internet advertising models, like PPC, are still prohibited for all token offerings.

There are many other ways to advertise our project, but most are borderline illegal or way too expensive to be effective. We have seen the offers far too often. Even though we have already spent a tremendous amount of time and money to promote Sonata.ai, the public interest is underwhelming, to say the least. Our investor does not believe that Sonata.ai will be able to reach it’s audience under given circumstances.

What will happen next?

• We have already informed all our investors about the situation. Their investments will be returned back to them.
• We will send all SONT tokens to bounty and airdrop participants.
• Within a week, we will stop all activities on our Telegram channel and change the group to only show announcements.
• We will cease our activities on all social media channels.
• We will not list SONT token to any exchange platform before the development is started again.
• Only means of communication will be these two e-mail addresses: info@sonata.ai and radim@sonata.ai.
