Really enjoyed your article. It’s great for you to share your thoughts. We recently went through a process of hiring a couple junior positions. There was so much feedback I wanted to give to those we didn’t choose to interview to help them improve their future chances. The ones we interviewed but didn’t hire I still liked so much it makes me want to moonlight as a career counselor to see if there’s anything I can do to help with their job search!
