If You Want to Get Better, Focus on What Really Matters

Great article, I enjoyed so much, but, I got a question. The celebrities like Kevin Hart, The Rock, etc. They perform like crazy super humans!, sleeping just like 4 o 5 hours per night during weeks and still hit the gym with incredible amounts of weight, be on set on time, and doing numerous activities during the day. How do they do that?! it’s something I can’t figure it out!!
