Really well done! I think there are some great parallels and perhaps a more formalized constitution (perhaps it is the code).

One omission — this is all about democracy. Who are the voters? Where is the one person one vote? Where are the elections and term limits? Those are powerful distinctions that define the US government .

Perhaps we are voting with our wallet. Choosing bitcoin vs. Alt coins, but the problem with that is that it breaks the Spirit of equality in the US government. Who has a say in all this? I think this is a serious gap in bitcoin because if we want everyone in india and china to use it, we can’t give the power to big wallets — how do we give the power to the people?

Perhaps then a corporate model is more accurate.
