hey aaron- terrific post! i see from your bio that you’re a coffee drinker. assuming that you take it black :), do you plan on cutting back or, god forbid, eliminating it entirely as part of your regimen? i’ve read/heard differing opinions on its effect on fitness and diet, so i’m curious to know what you think.
