Securing clients who are serious about their work. I work with very small clients at the moment, despite my three biggest who are funded startups or medium sized companies. Other clients fall in and out despite positive results and a ton of work when they lose motivation. My goal is to stop focusing on that bottom 20% and replace them with one or two more secure, focused clients.
Then don’t like it.

Separately, yes, I am indeed based in Barcelona. Have been for about a little over a month. This week should tell us what direction Spain and Catalunya choose to take.

I am listening to the chanting down Rambla de Catalunya while I work right now. Photos of the protest are pouring in from Catalan friends who took the day off work. Today should be really interesting and I will post more once I see it for myself!
