This topical gel is a type of analgesic, which works by blocking certain messages sent to the brain, such as pain signals, which in turn provides temporary relief to aches, pains and stiffness.

Patients using Nise Gel (Nimesulide/Methyl Salicylate/Menthol/Capsaicin) should first wash and dry the area to which the gel is to be applied. They may then apply the gel by gently rubbing a thin layer onto the affected area. Adult patients are sometimes directed to use this gel 3 to 4 times per day, however patients should always consult their physician before applying this gel, so that they can be advised on how often to apply it, and for how long treatment is required.

Nimesulide Dosage:

Nimesulide dose should be taken by prescription of physician and doctor which will help to take proper dose for good result.

The usual dose is 100mg twice a day.
Children: 5mg/kg of body weight in 2 or 3 divided doses.
