I think feminism is pretty great at analysis actually — it’s modus operandi is, and has been since its inception, not to take the way things are at face value, but to question the structures that shape our lives, like the patriarchy.
I also think if you spent some time in feminist spaces on the internet, you’d find a great deal of thought and writing about why the alt right is coming to prominence now. To summarise: some (#notall, as if it needed to be said) white men are scared that traditionally marginalised communities gaining the privileges traditionally reserved for (mostly straight) cis white men means that they will lose them. As if it is some sort of zero sum game. And they’re wrong, and ultimately, behind the curve of history.
