Hi Marcin! thank you for sharing your experience! VC management software (esp. Dealflow management with an integrated CRM) IS a big pain point for VC, still in 2016-I thought after reading quora questions about that in the 2010s it would be solved by now. 
Have you found a solution of that “operating system” or are you still with the same software stack?
