How did I create workshops around the world?

I am currently in NY and the feel of autumn is arising. The sun is out but the air is a bit chilled. I am looking forward to pumpkin picking, apple cider and hot coco but not the crisp cold air. Brrrrr.

This week a client asked me, how did I manage to create workshops and trainings around the world? The answer seems as if it should require a long explanation but I’ll tell you a secret, shh, come a little closer so I can whisper it in your ear – heart, connection and ask.

Yup that’s it! It seems simple but it creates so much joy for me and I’ll tell you why.

Heart.
I travel for the sole purpose of connecting with amazing women and my desire is to provide a safe space where they can reconnect with their inner voice and remember the knowledge that is already within. I yearn to show women how easily you can drop in, find your truth, express yourself with confidence and love and see the beauty in every women that show up in circle. I’ve seen the magic occur time and time again and it’s for this reason that I hold space. It is my heart’s calling, it’s what my soul commands me to do, and it is what spirit divinely connects me to.

What is your heart’s calling?

Connection.
Circle is about community; therefore, I naturally seek connection with others. The gift of social media is that you can become friends with another gentle and loving soul that lives on the other side of the world. I build relationships through Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter. I enjoy creating and maintaining loving, authentic and honest relationships. When I reach out and inquire about getting on the phone, it is not from a place of wanting to sell a program or finding out what resources I can use but instead, genuinely interested in what you do, how you serve and how I can support you. It is through growing a relationship that I have witnessed my sisters eager to help support myself and my vision.

Who do you wish to connect with?

Ask.
When I hear the calling for a women’s circle training in a location, I ask. I make a clear ask. My emails are short, sweet and to the point. I typically have one ask, a deep gratitude and an intention that no matter whether a person says yes or no, I still deeply love and care for them.

I am incredibly grateful for the women and men in my life. I have witnessed close friends as well as complete strangers help me create a circle out of thin air. I have seen women called to attend without knowing why and take that first scary step of registering. I am a believer in people. I have faith that people are good and those that I meet have entered into my life for a reason. I trust that everything will work itself out and all I have to do is be present, do my life work, take action and breathe.
