Backend Developer
Work on exciting websites and digital experiences for Limbo in Vejle or Copenhagen, Denmark
We are looking for a dedicated and outstanding developer to be responsible for the coding of websites for clients with a huge international reach. Limbo is the result of a merger between award-winning agencies Skybrud.dk and Magic People Voodoo People, and as a developer, you will work on uniquely designed websites that focus on user-friendliness for content providers. Limbo’s offices are located in Copenhagen and in Vejle and you can work from whichever location suits you best.
Back office experience and excellent programming skills
As a developer, you will be reporting to CTO & Partner, Thomas Nielsen, and your overall responsibility is to bring your excellent programming skills and a passion for developing websites or improving existing ones into play. You will work on setting up Umbraco back office experience and developing packages and APIs for the frontend.
Your other tasks and responsibilities include:
- Participate in the entire website lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
- Write clean code to develop functional websites
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
- Collaborate with developers and team-members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Gather and address technical and design requirements
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
Solid flair for web development
We imagine that you are a computer specialist, a bachelor in web development or other similar IT education. But you can also be self-taught with a flair for web development and solid working knowledge of C#. Knowledge of the Umbraco framework is a definite plus. You are familiar with front-end languages e.g HTML, JavaScript, CSS and experience with VUE, GIT & Azure Portal is a plus. As a person, you´ve got teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude and you are able to pick up new technologies and frameworks when required.
