Personally, I’d use “y’all” to address an infinitely inclusive group to whom I wished to convey a very basic sense of respect and inclusion (but please don’t probe me!).

[I was going to use the phrase “shared humanity" there, but then I started wondering about animal rights, androids, etc., and decided to shift to a less serious register, since after all, my own speculations fell right on that line between serious and silly.)

But I’ll leave the role of arbiter over what or whom the term properly includes to others.

This counts equally, btw, if you meant “I’d like a second-person and a third-person plural pronoun for the Not-Men, and others for the Not-Women.” Probably this isn’t what you meant, but “y’all" could cover both, and in English grammar, I personally favor gender imprecision. (Someone did tell me that “y’all” could refer to the second-person singular: though I’m fairly sure they knew what they were taking about, I don’t use it that way.)
