You know who you are, where you are and what you want. You recognize that the only one who can make you happy is you. The only one who can change your life is you again!

“The purpose of self-awareness is twofold: we need to know both our weaknesses and our strengths.” Because we can’t change what we don’t know. When we know what we’re really like, we can use our strengths and our weaknesses to our advantage.

Life is experienced and lived in the present and in the end, life is like series formed from a series of present ones. However, being psychologically in the present is hard for many of us. We often live in the past or in the future and we cloud our current experiences with our assessments of them. Doing so, we can not realize that our assessments are not the same as experience.

Awareness can be described as a mental that is achieved through observation of thoughts, feelings and body to answer the question ‘’What am I living now?’’ Awareness, to be able to concentrate your attention in order to focus on the present without any judgement.

Besides, self-awareness involves evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of our personality, understanding and recognizing our emotions and the ability to perceive these emotions as self-imposed and influential on other people. It also enables us to use inner voices and foresight to facilitate decision-making: thus, making it possible to be clear and to have self-esteem as well.

Our thoughts and feelings, whether positive or negative, can be objectively assessed. This increases our commitment to comply with our responsibilities in our lives. At this point, enlightenment initiates the assimilation process and provides a better understanding of the dynamic interaction between mind, body and soul. As we continue our journey towards higher consciousness, we develop our ability to be selfish towards both our personal identities and our relatives.

The most important thing about this conscious awareness is that it allows you to instantly realize what your mind is focusing on, what you think, what you plan and what you put into pieces.

Regarding this, for example, by means of the awareness sessions, we can get into the habit of not only to learn when and what we suffer for, but also to cleanse them. Awareness never gives you the guarentee of reducing your suffering but gives you the power to get rid of unnecessary accumulations that make you even more ill. This situation, which I think of as being able to see the causes and take immediate action, makes it easier to deal with them.

Self-awareness can fill us with compassion and love by increasing our cognition and attention. It also allows us to progress in the direction of personal reality, responsibility and accountability. This makes it possible for us to be open to unlimited strength.

We can create the reality and the future that we believe we deserve by using means such as intent, commitment and goal setting.
