Cigarette smoking is a biggest problem in United State and others countries. For this reason too many peoples are having difficult disease like cancer. For smoking every year on average 435,000 people dies prematurely. overall, smoking causes 1 in 5 deaths . A lifelong smoker will die prematurely from a complication of smoking approximately 50.1% .

Smoking causes too many problem in people’s life and in the nature. Carbon-Di-oxide came from the smokes of cigarette . This causes of Global Warming. So this is also make insecure our future generation. So we should stop smoking for our next generation. Smoking makes people addicted. Teenagers are also smoking and that destroying their life by addicted to cigarette. They are learning this from their parents or looking others people. We have to stop this . If we don’t stop this surely the future are in danger. Quitting cigarette is very difficult . So there are some following tips for willing people-

1.Make a decision to quit:- To quit cigarette people have to make their mind strong to quit it. They have to set their mind that they will never smoke again for their future generation. Their one step to quit it will make a huge changes in their life.

2.Set a date to quit:- Set a date when you will stop it permanently and stick to it. It will be so difficult but you can do it. human can do every thing. The things that man can’t do doesn’t exist. So you also can do.

3. Get rid out of smoke triggers:- Throw away all smoking related things like cigarette, lighter, ashtrays etc. Throw away those things that can attract you to smoke. Without those things it will be a little easier to get rid of cigarette.

4.Seek support:- When you will do this let your family members and your friends be known. They also help you to get rid out of it. They would give you mentally support that you will need most at that time. seek support from smoke quit helpline or support group that also help you.

5.Nicotine replacement therapy:- In this therapy gum, lozenges, nicotine patches etc tries to take the place of smoking. This therapy is also helpful. S o many people are helped by this therapy.

6.Prescription medication:- There is a another way. You can consult a healthcare provider . They will prescript you and gives you so many tips an you can follow those. Prescription medications that can help you to quite smoking.

7.Behavioral Therapy:-Behavioral therapy is an umbrella term for types of therapy that treat mental health disorders. This form of therapy looks to identify and help change potentially unhealthy behaviors. So this is also so much effective therapy.

8.Practice of relaxation:- Learn deep breathes techniques , yoga , exercise to keep a huge distance between mind and stress. If there is no stress so you also don’t need to smoke.

9. Stay busy:- Make yourself busy with your interesting activities that will keep out you from smoking . Do enjoyable things that will make you a stress free man .

10. Change your routine: Change your daily routine to avoid habits that are associated with smoking.

Stay positive and remind yourself of the benefits of quitting smoking. Celebrate milestones like a week, a month, or a year of being smoke-free to motivate yourself to keep going. Remember man is the most intelligent living being and they can do anything so-
