How To Take Care of Heart

The heart beats about 2.5 billion times over the average lifetime, pushing millions of gallons of blood to every part of the body. It gives supply of oxygen, fuel, hormones, other compounds to all over the body. When heart stops, essential functions fail, some almost instantly.

So we can say that heart is a key of a car (Human Body). Without it our body is a lifeless doll. So to live a long life we have to take care of it. If you don’t take care of something, it will last for a short time. Even knowing this truth that heart is our most important organ in our body , we don’t take care of it until we have face problem from heart.

We have to take care of it before it is too late . Here is the some tips to care it :-

Eat a Healthy Food:-

Follow a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins (such as fish and poultry), and healthy fats (like olive oil and nuts). Control your intake of processed food, sugary food and too much oily food.

Exercise Regularly:-

Engage in moderate-intensity aerobic exercises, such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming, or cycling, for at least 150 minutes per week. Additionally, include strength training exercises at least twice a week to improve overall fitness.

Don’t Smoke:-

Smoking damages blood vessels, reduces oxygen supply to the heart, and increases the risk of heart disease. Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for your heart health.

Manage Stress:-

Excess stress has a great responsible to make heart problem. Find healthy way to get rid of stress like as relaxation techniques(ex; yoga , meditation, deep breathing), spend time with loved ones or do that things that gives you pleasure.

Maintain a Healthy Body Weight:-

Aim for a healthy weight range based on you body mass index(BMI). Excess weight especially around the waistline because it increases a major chances of getting heart problem.

Limit Alcohol Consumption:-

Having a lot of drinks increases blood pressure and also the chances of heart problem. If you choose drink , do so in moderation- up to one drink per day for women and up to two drink for men.

Remember, it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice and guidance on maintaining heart health, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns.
