‘Brain’ is the latest track from LA based singer / songwriter Jillian Banks. Produced by Shlohmo, it comes with her trademark brand of angst; not quite enough to plunge you into a deep depression, but just enough to have you reaching for that last cigarette, shaky hand and all. Trust us, that’s a good thing, because good music is supposed to make you feel something, even if that something isn’t what you’d hoped for or expected. Ultimately, that’s what songs like ‘Brain’ are for…they remind us what it’s like to feel.
