I don’t really understand why you decided to not wash your hair, and I definitely think it was related to your acne problem starting. I go deer hunting once a year (sometimes I don’t go, but whatever), and there’s no running water up there so I frequently get a bit of acne while I’m up there for the week or so. It sounds like you stopped washing your hair on purpose, though, and I don’t think you really explained why.
