A certain Umar Khalid has gone as far as to compare Burhan Wani with Che Guevara. Not only is this comparison ludicrous,it highlights his double standards and lack of political sense. He claims to stand for the the Left-liberal ideology but has no shame in wanting the formation of an Islamic state of Kashmir. He supports an anti-secular radical terrorist organization despite fully knowing how leftist and liberal views are systematically cut off in Pakistan and Bangladesh. His ideological hypocrisy is shameless. Leaving aside,his lack of gratitude towards his nation. 
 Discussion and dialogue on the problems faced by Kashmiris and it’s solution, is always welcome but taking a totally anti military stance and making a martyr out of terrorists is shameful.All his sympathy seems to be guided towards the Hizbul Mujahedeen,but none towards our brothers fighting tirelessly to keep Kashmir from turning into another Pakistani territory( or a hostile enemy state). Anyone with the political sense of a child can understand why keeping hold of Kashmir is important ,not only for India but also for secular politics. 
And here he is,claiming to be a leftist and supporting radical Islamism with his banal comparisons. People like him with their senseless utterings,with their mindless one-sided criticism, with their utter disdain for national pride and their hypocritical actions are disgracing India’s left movement.
