Definitely I should consider number of people as a third dimension but its my bad I have not consider it. Before publishing, I had checked with bar , bubble and line but hovering will not work as I posted this plot a Image.So I thought line plot will be the best one to understand.

Helpfull Percentage : In a IMDB review, logged in user can upvote or downvote a review.

I had calculated ther percentage on helpfullness.

e.g. Row 1 (495/992)*100

Helpfullness

Then I have taken the mean of Helpfull Percentage user rating star wise.

This is the reason percenatge is not summing up in100.
