The jump from crystal moon
And thus I jumped to take a step,
A leap which has been called,
And stepped through time of distant dreams,
On a surface cratered,bald.
Soon I could see home like a star,
And waved my hand to say,
With hope that someone might on earth,
Will see me far today.
I must not waste a single time,
For less I thought I had,
I must quick find the rock I threw,
Which makes my earth float sad.
And just as I took in my hands,
The rock that splendid shoon,
I woke to find I made it through,
The jump from crystal moon.
