The Release

“no me siento mejor” was released in all streaming platforms on February 23, 2024, and was released with an official music video the same day.

Post Release

After the release, the 3 artists continued to upload reels and videos to TikTok with different themes to generate traction for the song.

On YouTube, no shorts content was found, and there was really very little posting on Facebook, although there was a post on Caztro’s account (the same teaser uploaded to reels and TikTok) that had significant interaction (108 likes).

Playlist Placement

The positioning in playlists was also a key point for this release. From its first days after the launch, the song managed to secure important positions in several editorial playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, and with curators like Filtr México.

Impact

This song has been a resounding success in the careers of all three artists, and undoubtedly, we can consider it a highly successful collaboration due to the impact that we will see reflected in various aspects of each one’s career.

In the following two graphs, we can appreciate how this release significantly impacted the monthly listeners of the three artists.

Daaz experienced a remarkable growth rate, increasing from 1,490,520 to 2,733,153 listeners in just 2 months, reflecting a growth of approximately 83.4%. Caztro also showed substantial growth, climbing from 1,424,492 listeners to 2,014,239, marking a growth rate of about 41.4%. Similarly, Callejo witnessed a notable increase, rising from 142,211 to 795,368 listeners, indicating a growth rate of approximately 458.1%.

Similarly, we can observe a similar pattern on TikTok and YouTube.

And it’s interesting to note that the success extended beyond streaming platforms, as the release also had a positive impact on the Instagram followers of all three artists (although, clearly, Callejo benefited the least on Instagram, he did see a significant increase in his Spotify listeners).

Today, the song is Caztro’s top 4 track, with 9 million Spotify streams; for Callejo, it represented a big success, as this song reached his top 1 song, and for Daaz it went up to his 6th most successful release.
