Do you need to get your sexual groove back? Are you “HORNgry” more than “hangry”? Have you been eyeing herbal supplements to ignite your fire but are not sure if they really work?

Some of these ingredients (like damiana), apart from combating stress, also supposedly help your libido by improving blood flow and increasing your energy levels. Again, just be mindful of the limited research when it comes to herbal remedies.

You can also get the benefits of increased blood flow and aphrodisiac effect through food where the research tends to be a bit more in-depth and solid.

TLDR; if you feel like stress has been a factor in your sex drive, try an herbal sex supplement or one that’s marketed just for stress! An even better way to improve your blood flow and nitric oxide levels (both important for boosting your libido and mood) is by eating your way horny!
