1.Deploying smart contracts on ETH network to achieve the EVENT architecture, including AI computing Nodes connection and management, data exchange, decompose EVENT into detailed computing task and distribute task, SP4C3 Network ecosystem smart contracts, etc.

2. NEP (Node Event Program) on nodes achieves:

2.1 Evaluating the computing and storage capacity and connect to main network

2.2 Keep generating EVENT by user assigned task or optimal network computing task, decompose the EVENT by computing ability and distribute to all nodes connected.

2.3 EVENT fetch & run on nodes.
