Some more thoughts…
How is measuring and scheduling your day-dreaming an exercise against a ‘culture that mostly fetishizes measurable outputs like hours worked and reports produced’?
This reminds me of another futile/impossible exercise, like focusing on being more focused, or, at the other end of the spectrum, trying hard to relax.
What I can grasp from this article is that you claim the road to become a genius is to replicate the geniuses’ motions? I would absolutely argue against that, based on no particular research, but on overall understanding of the elusive formula to human brain excellence.
