This past week I finally made it to both Los Angeles and Mexico, places I’ve wanted to come to for years. So here are the highlights of my adventures this week:

  • Wandering around Beverly Hills. Words cannot describe my excitement to walk around BH. I didn’t see any of the housewives but I’ll be going back, don’t worry.
  • MB reunion LA-style. Me, Nat & Gem at a fun rooftop bar. I’d only eaten a salad all day and was drinking like a fish. Hella fun but I’ll leave you to imagine the state I was in by the end of the night. 🙈
  • Mexico City locals welcome. My friend Toni put me in touch with his family and they have me the warmest welcome to the city. Total sweethearts.
  • Eclipse at Teotihuacan. Where better to be for a solar eclipse than stood on top of an ancient pyramid in Mexico?! Absolutely unforgettable.
  • Catch-up with Madrileño Manu. A lovely evening of food, drinks and chats Chez Manu.
  • Touring Mexico City. There is so much to see and do in the city and I only scratched the surface, but I’m sure I’ll be back. 😊
  • Chapultepec Castle. Accompanied by an excellent tour guide (my friend Toni’s brother-in-law German), I soaked up hours of Mexican art and history – which wouldn’t usually be my thing but I loved it.
  • Farewell dinner. As warm as the welcome, my farewell dinner with my new Mexican family was a riot, and the perfect end to my time in Mexico City. Cheesecake and all!

Coming soon… Chill time in Puerto Vallarta then back to La La Land, whoop whoop!
