“Are you saying “No!” enough times a day?”…. A project manager tool at a place I worked once was really into saying no all the time. Needless to say they became very unpopular. This tool would say no to things they didn’t understand, “no, no, no”… and in the end people got bored, left, uninspired, moved on to where things were happening and more progressive and dynamic. Build a great company, but don’t forget there’s branches, twigs and leaves on that tree you’re growing.
