Let’s not look at skin color or nationality of these people in this case. If we could even do that, whatever happened is totally wrong. Who is the victim? An innocent woman who had look for help from the police to get them to serve and protect. The shooter was not a thug but a cop! That is about enough of nonsense about gun violence.

If wanting to look further, why did that shooting take place? Was the officer destined for failure as a cop? Maybe. If we could find out more about the officer and the reason he was hired, we might have a better answer. If all anyone could do is to consider the color of the blood of the people under that magnifier we would likely be better off in any situation.

So what? The cop happened to have black skin. So what? And the dead woman happened to be blonde and have white skin. And then what again? Too many will see the obvious difference instead of seeing them as people, humans. Still, it is totally wrong.

This is my thinking.
