Google Apps to AWS account federation

The blog post has all the details with step by step instructions. It’s a bit involved and requires that you enable API access on your Google apps domain and then make the updates to your account using REST calls to the Google API (links included in the article).

Once configured for both the Google and AWS accounts you get an icon from your Google apps dropdown list visible from the GMail/Google+ user interfaces that takes you directly into the AWS console using the configured role.
