Very good insights. Just a thought at high level. These assessments assume the correct usage of social platforms like Facebook, Quora, Stackoverflow, Medium, and so on. And require techniques that are yet to establish credibility. May be a very long process. Can we think of simple hybrid model that gives freedom for recruiters to choose the assessment flow and provide the relevant data from these social platforms and combine it with manual observations made during the interview to make better decision. This doesn’t force prospects to use these social platforms and also leave provision for disruption outside these platforms.
Social platforms cannot be outside the social setup we have, they are mere reflection of the setup. So enforcing reputation is not easy, and have to be contextual and relevant. These are very vague for ordinary prospects, take loads of time to establish. Till then someone has to wait, which is the primary problem for everyone.
