Station Casino Announces Plans to Reopen

Station Casino, an integrated subsidiary of Red Rock Resorts, today announced a phased reopening program in connection with its Las Vegas properties, all of which have been closed since March 17, 2020, under statewide guidance issued by Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak.

The company announced that it expects to reopen Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa, Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa & Casino, Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino, Boulder Station Hotel & Casino, Palace Station Hotel & Casino, and Sunset Station Hotel & Casino properties if allowed by government authorities.

The company also announced that it will evaluate the performance of its first reopened properties before reopening its Palms Casino Resort, Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel, Fiesta Henderson Casino Hotel and Fiesta Rancho Casino Hotel properties.

In anticipation of the impact of state-mandated occupancy and social distancing restrictions on business levels regarding the phased reopening plan, the company also announced that it was cutting staff at 10 large properties and company offices. The cuts affect about 39% of its full-time workforce.
