How to Set Boundaries in the Age of Burnout
Beth Crocker

I’m moderately certain you have a ton more on your plate than I do, but I believe boundaries are important no matter the fullness of the plate. Boundaries give us the ability to manage a full plate, or not if we choose. They give us the ability to put the plate in the cabinet and walk away for a bit as well.

I learn new things about setting and establishing boundaries everyday. I learned a good deal by trial and error and a good deal from a fella named Dr. Henry Cloud. Check him out. He writes some great boundary books. Thanks for the read, Beth.
